Virtual Vinyasa Yoga
Enjoy a yoga class in the comfort of your own home! Slow Flow Yoga incorporates simple movements to warm up the body, as well as slower paced flowing sequences focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility. This class is appropriate for beginners and/or intermediate level students. Yoga equipment such as a yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks (or large stacked books) and 1 yoga strap (or a belt) are recommended.
